One private bedroom with shared use of kitchen, DR, LR, and laundry. Split floor plan so your bedroom space will be private from other renters. One queen-sized bed. Walk-in closet and shelves. Smart TV in bedroom and LR. Wi-fi. Fully Furnished home with kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, towels, bedding, etc. One Bathroom w/ shower and tub. Will share a bathroom with owners if they are home from traveling occasionally.

*Stairs: No stairs into or inside home, a slight door jam lip to get into the front door. Steps in the back of the house to get to the back patio.
Wheelchair accessible: Our front door is approx 32" wide, but other doorways are more like 26" to 27" wide so I'm not sure if a wheelchair can fit. But inside there are no stairs. Floors are vinyl and tile.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS. If you are a smoker, this is not the rental for you.
